HR Advisor Oxford - £25,000 - £30,000 Ref 5629
We have registered an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a key role within the HR department for a successful Oxford publisher.
The role of the Advisor is to support the HR Manager primarily through providing a recruitment service for managers as well as a training and employee relations service. The main areas you will be involved in are resourcing, new starters and leavers, compensation and benefits, policy development, training and providing a generalist HR service.
To be successful you should be educated to degree level or equivalent, with either a completed CIPD qualification or working towards one. You should typically have experience of managing the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing and advising line managers on the process. A robust understand of HR policies, training, development and employee relations is essential.
You will be an effective communicator who can proactively build relationships and a rapport with people. Attention to detail is key, as is excellent planning and time management skills.
