HR Business Analyst – Oxfordshire - £24,000 - £30,000 – Ref 5639
We are now looking for an HR Business Analyst for our client, based in the IT sector. The role will be focussing on giving general advice and support the implementation of the global compensation and benefits scheme, as well as delivering global HR Management information.
The main responsibilities of the role will involve supporting the Compensation and benefits Manager in the delivery of annual projects such as the annual salary review, incentive schemes and other reward and recognition programmes. You will provide and analyse compensation, benefits and headcount information and advise local HR Managers on Salary Benchmarking.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a background in compensation and benefits and data analysis. Experience in the administration of Final Salary Pension Schemes would be beneficial, as would report generators for HR Systems. You should have excellent Microsoft Office skills and good oral and written communication skills.
