HR Business Manager - Reward – Oxfordshire – up to £45,000 plus benefits – Ref 5661
Our client, in the European construction industry, is now recruiting for an HR Business Manager whose focus is on the reward side of the business.
The purpose of the role is to contribute towards the attraction, retention and
motivation of all staff via the development, implementation and benchmarking
of pay and benefits structures; and the operation and maintenance of their job
evaluation system.
The ideal candidate for this role will typically be CIPD qualified, and possibly have their advanced certificate in Reward Management. You should have experience in both job evaluation and pay and benefits benchmarking as well as an understanding of statue and case law with regards to compensation and equal pay issues. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, as is intermediate level skills in Excel.
