This company has seen its profit and employee numbers grow consistently over the last 18 months and it looks as it will continue to. They are a global company who specialise in consumer to consumer business. This role can either be based in their head office Vienna or alternatively the support centre in Dublin.
The Compensation & Benefits team is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring compensation policies, procedure, practices and managing the EMEA & South East Asia programmes.
Responsibilities will include:
•Data input into various Compensation & Benefits Surveys
•Salary benchmarking and internal equity analysis
•Monitoring data integrity in the global compensation database
Required knowledge and skills:
•Previous experience of supporting and managing a European or Global Compensation programme
•Project management skills
•Proactive approach and ability to work in a stand alone environment
