Job Description

The Benefits Analyst will provide support for the management, development and communications of the company benefits policies and processes across EMEA, ensuring cost effectiveness of all programmes in the region.

Core responsibilities will include:
Tracking and monitoring benefit performance and renewals.
Comprehensive data analysis and accurate management reporting
Market research, benchmarking and evaluating new initiatives
Driving best practice and communicating regulatory changes
Regular employee communications through Intranet
The successful candidate for the Benefits Analyst role must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

Degree educated
Preferable experience of delivery across an international remit.
Proven experience in monitoring benefits and managing supplier relations
Excellent analytical and technical skills (access and excel)
Collate market data, conduct surveys on alternative suppliers/leases
Good attention to detail
Strong Communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across EMEA
Self managing and able to work autonomously with little supervisions
