The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for the design and delivery of competitive scheme/plans that are aligned to the business objective and strategies. As the focal between employees, key stakeholder and Finance the Compensation & Benefits Manager will utilised acquired knowledge of the business, marketplace and competition to ensure the acquisition and retention of the market sectors top talent. To be successful in the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following key attribute:

• Degree educated
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Proven success of designing and delivering competitive compensation and benefits programmes
• Must have excellent communications and proven influencing skill to all levels
• Management of internal and external partners and vendors
