Great opportunity to join a world leading organisation within its field, as the EMEA Compensation and Benefits Manager. You will be directly involved in the design, development and administration of compensation and benefit programs for the EMEA workforce. Key responsibilities include-
· Refine and enhance Total reward strategy
· Design and development of incentive plans- sales and service plans
· Benchmarking and metrics
· Review and enhance benefits and social programs across EMEA
· Manage the EMEA TCNs and Expatriates, to ensure compliance
Essential that you have a strong background in design and delivery of comp and reward programs, also working knowledge of benefits and social programs within EMEA. Knowledge of emerging markets trends and culture practices within EMEA will be a distinct advantage.
