Reporting to the Head of Executive Reward, this is an excellent opportunity to enter a global organisation that can develop your career in reward.
The role ensures the continuous improvement and the effective delivery of executive reward through:
• Co-ordinating and implementing the annual reward review for 600 executives from over 20 countries
• Developing the executive reward database / salary planning tool; ensuring successful implementation of a new tool
• Working with reward and payroll colleagues to promote the accuracy of executive data
• Providing data analysis and reporting in a user-friendly format
• Guiding business reward staff on executive reward processes
The successful candidate will be:
• Degree qualified with HR experience preferably of an analytical / systems nature
• Ideally advanced at Excel and adept at Access
• Highly numerate, providing accurate analysis and with close attention to detail
• A strong communicator and team player able to deliver against clear timelines
