Global Mobility Manager - Flexible UK Base - World Leading Client
World leading blue chip with a huge international presence is looking for a Senior HR Manager to formalise a new international mobility policy / framework.
My client currently operates a global mobility framework but is looking to recruit an experienced Senior HR Manager who will lead the future development and evolution of the mobility function.
It is a highly exciting position with lots of spoke for progression and is a key stand alone high profile role working with a number of different parts of the business - reward, tax, legal, payroll and external suppliers.
You will be charged with providing expertise and education to the HR and business community and be a key contact point with relation to international mobility issues.
You will formulate a policy framework and be responsible for the delivery of the policy and manage the various suppliers and advisors.
You will have responsibilities for the following: maintain and support the mobility framework, advise the business, costings, legalities and the management and direction of the team.
You must be a senior HR professional with international experience, strong influencing skills and proven project management capability who can manage projects and guide less experienced HR professionals.
