We are currently now shortlisting candidates for an exceptional opportunity within a leading consultancy based in the South East. As part of their continual growth and development they require an experienced head of compensation and benefits to develop and deliver reward strategy and drive the function forward.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of compensation and benefits in conjunction with strong people management and development skills. Experience within an manufacturing or heavy industry organisation would be a distinct advantage, as would knowledge of tax structures and matrix organisations.
