Reporting in to the Group Reward Manager you will be responsible undertaking HR data analysis and produce standard and ad hoc HR reports.
Your key responsibilities will be:-
To establish HR Department requirements for reporting.
To develop standard reports to meet HR requirements.
To produce and maintain standard monthly reports for the HR Department.
To produce and maintain HR KPIs and PM reporting.
To help identify HR KPIs and performance measures.
To produce ad hoc reports as required by the business and HR Department.
To develop standard reports to meet business requirements. You should be of graduate calibre with a good analytical skill set and a desire to develop a career in Human Resources.
