3 month role offering challenge and variety, on both a strategic and operational delivery level. Utilise your existing global/ EMEA reward expertise in order to support this employer through a busy period of change, with responsibility for the development and delivery of global remuneration strategies; implementing incentive and benefits structures; undertaking job banding and managing the salary review process. Assess existing regional plans, look to streamline / harmonise plans and programs, benchmark practices against competitors and ensure a competitive and comprehensive total reward offering, design and manage the IA policy, review and manage vendor relationships and ensure that regional staff are implementing new policies and procedures. Candidates must have previous experience within Global or EMEA reward, a proven track record of strategy design and delivery along with strong communication skills in order to influence decisions of a senior nature.
