As Reward Analyst your responsibilities will include the following; benchmarking, analysing and interpreting salary survey results, providing reward knowledge for small projects, building and developing reward modules and contributing to the design of bonus and incentive schemes. The right candidate will be both technically capable with the ability to identify trends and provide meaningful recommendations for wider business areas.
