Job Description
Reporting in to the Head of Reward you will influence and develop the Reward Strategy both operationally and at Corporate level. You will work closely with the business to provide specialist Reward knowledge and expertise.
You will be accountable for:-
Developing the reward agenda by collating and providing specialist market data.
Working with the Head of Reward to design and deliver reward strategies that support operational, legislative and financial requirements.
Creating a range of impactful communication tools in order to embed the reward agenda across the business.
Management of the annual bonus, pay and benefits review, ensuring that all areas of our business comply with company reward principles and legislation.
You should be of graduate calibre with a proven track record in Reward and Benefits. Strong communication skills need to be combined with an ability to work both strategically and operationally. Excellent analytical skills are essential. You need to to have a high level of commercial awareness.
A background in a retail/leisure environment would be a real advantage.
