Job Title: Reward Specialist

The Background
One of the UK’s leading manufacturing companies with an enviable reputation as an employer of choice are currently seeking a Reward Specialist. Working in their reward centre of excellence, providing support and advice to the HR Business Partners and managers across a number of manufacturing sites in the UK.
The Role
Supporting a client base of c6,000 employees you will be the primary contact for manufacturing and logistics providing analysis and advice to line managers on reward related activities and issues including grading/job evaluation, salary benchmarking and progression pay review, bonus, benefits, recognition etc.
The Person
With proven experience of comps and bens including an in-depth knowledge of pay management practice (base and total cash) and total reward principles together with a sound knowledge of grading, job evaluation, benefits management and performance management is highly desirable. You will be a highly analytical and number graduate with advanced Excel and MS Office suite together with experience of using SAP HR desirable. With the ability to work under minimal supervision you will be a commercially aware professional with proven experience of liaising with trade unions around pay negotiations and understanding the key drivers within an international organisation would be advantageous.
