Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for a bright, articulate HR Advisor/Administrator with c2/3 years experience in an HR team to join a genuinely fast paced and dynamic organisation.  The successful candidate will gain significant HR experience in a truly global company which supports best practice HR.

  

This new position of HR and Reward Advisor will be responsible for payroll via an outsourced supplier and the management of all company related benefits as well as any day-to-day generalist HR duties. Specifically this means ensuring all employee records are up to date at all times and the:

  • Preparation of all elements of payroll, to include overtime, sick pay, bonus, etc in a timely manner to ensure adequate time for out sourced supplier to prepare payments;
  • Preparation of information for completion of P11D's, P60's and any other related forms;
  • Administration of both the Company Pension Plan and also Stakeholder Pension Plan;
  • Facilitation and administration of Company Welcome Grant, Management Stock Options and Employee Stock Purchase Plan;
  • Training of staff in facilitation of stock options through third party web site;
  • Preparation of information for bonus payments, both for sales force and also MIP;
  • Preparation, facilitation and checking of merit increases for all employees;
  • Management of Company cars to include input onto Insurance database;
  • Administration and input of SAP HR Management system;
  • Provision of information as and when required for other countries within Northern Europe;
  • Provision of reports and statistics as and when required.


We are looking for a candidate who is preferably educated to degree standard with c2/3 year's previous HR experience. We also require candidates to possess the majority of the following:

  • Good IT literacy (especially spreadsheets) and preferably HR System (SAP) management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with a high intellect work force.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to re-prioritise tasks due to constantly changing demands
  • A positive and self-motivated approach
  • Good team skills
