A senior HR Business Partner is require for an immediate start on either a temp2perm or straight permanent basis for an IT company based in the West End and out of Surrey. The remit of your role will include looking after a client population of around 200 based in both the UK and spread across Europe. Your role will be both operational and strategic in-focus, advising localised manager and staff on (but not restricted to): Organisational Development, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Talent Strategy, Comp & Ben's, Employee Communications & Project Management etc. Working across Europe, you will need a flexible approach as well as experience of working internationally, to enable effective implementation in local business units. From a strategic prospective, the business is currently expanding rapidly throughout Europe via acquisition and organic growth. You will need to be able to identify and guide on the HR implications of business plans and lead on global HR projects, while constantly maintain a prospective on the financial and practical implications of these decisions. To be considered for the role you MUST have: - Operated in rapidly-changing, high growth environment; - Worked within the new age, leading edge IT, telecommunication, media or FMCG sectors; - Supported multiple European sites and client groups in your past roles; - Excellent communication & senior level influencing skills; - Flexibility to operate at both a strategic & operational/transactional HR level on a day to day basis i.e. roll up your sleeves where necessary; - The ability to understand a business through financial metrics, organisational success factors, systems and structures; and finally - A very commercial, fast-paced and punchy' work-style.
