My client is currently looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefit Analyst to administer the companies Comp & Ben plans and procedures including bonus plans, commission plans, salary reviews and stock options. This position will be providing support to the Compensation & Benefits Manager with regard to implementation of policies and procedures across EMEA. You must have experience gained from within a multinational company and excellent numerical and analytical skills and needless to say very comfortable working with numbers. Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to get involved, you will be proactive and willing to take on challenges and happy to work extra time when required. Advanced Excel skills are essential and examples of skill levels will include the ability to work with and develop complex pivot tables, vlookups, advanced formulas and logical functions.
