The Background Market leading organisation with a house hold name is currently seeking an experienced Reward Manager to take the lead in a reward review project to ensure that they are consistently at the top of their market to attract and retain the best candidates through their employee reward and recognition programmes. The Responsibilities Based in the corporate Head Office, your main responsibility will be to review the current reward strategy and conduct a salary & reward review, including Job evaluation and organisation design Pay benchmarking and market positioning Pay review process Flexible Benefits Company car provision Private medical insurance Total reward branding You will be responsible for providing expert advice to HR and the senior management teams and deliver an effective compensation and benefits strategy to support the dynamic needs of the business. The Person The successful candidate will have a broad commercial knowledge of Reward and Benefits, with experience gained within a forward thinking, blue chip organisation. Degree educated in a relevant discipline you will ideally be CCBP accredited and have extensive experience of designing and delivering UK reward and benefits strategies on a large scale. Passionate, driven and an excellent communicator you will be adept at influencing and working at senior management level and have a meticulous eye for detail. You will be numerically and commercially astute with excellent planning and analytical skills. Previous experience in HAY job evaluation would be highly advantageous.
