Excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor who is looking to develop their career in a generalist role. The purpose of the HR Advisor is to provide a professional HR service, covering resourcing, succession planning, employee relations and compensation and benefits. Responsibilities will include: Understand recruitment and retention issues within the business and ensure successful solutions are implemented Advise line managers on discipline, grievance and absence issues managing the process from first stage through to completion Ensure production and use of Training plans Conduct training needs analysis and work closely with line management to ensure corporate or bespoke training solutions are provided Support the compensation and benefits process Take an active role in all HR projects including graduate recruitment and development of HR Systems Successful candidates will be fully CIPD qualified and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law, legislation and HR best practice.
