Excellent opportunity for a confident and professional HR Officer who is looking to progress their career into a stand alone role.
Supporting a client base of 120, the purpose of the HR Officer is to coordinate staff training & development, maintaining and updating all HR policies & procedures as well as providing advice on employment law and legislation.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Manage the recruitment process
•Manage the annual Appraisal process
•Maintain and update HR systems updating on holidays, sickness, employee profiles and payroll
•Update job descriptions
•Monitor HR and recruitment costs and budgets
•Produce monthly HR Management reports
•Provide advice and guidance to Managers in relations to Employment law, Best Practice and statutory requirements.
•Benefit administration
Successful candidates will have a background in HR, along with strong knowledge of employment law and legislation and the confidence to be in a stand alone role.
