Excellent opportunity to work for a marketing leading, corporate organisation based in the Reigate area.
The purpose of the role will be to support the UK and European Reward arrangements of the business and assist in the designing, implementing and controlling of Company Reward policy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, commercially minded individual who has good experience working within HR & Reward.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Manage all reward data including data collection, analysis and reporting
•Analysis of Reward management information
•Support salary review, promotion and bonus award process
•Research market data and provide an accurate market benchmark
•Maximise use of Oracle HR
•Administer company Reward & Flex benefits system
•Assist with the development and implementation of Reward policies and strategies
•Keep abreast of employment and legislative framework relating to Reward issues
Successful candidates will ideally be educated to degree level in a numerical or business related field and have previous experience working in an analytical role ideally within the professional or financial services industry.
