Our client is currently looking for a International Benefits Analyst for a 12 month assignment based in their Headquarters in Surrey.
The main purpose of this role will be to assist the International Benefits Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the company's Global Benefits Philosophy and other Global initiatives relative to benefits.
Main duties will include:
•Maintenance of a Global Benefits database of the Pension & Benefits programs worldwide
•Updating and maintaining the summaries of the Pension & Benefits plans Worldwide
•Operation and administration of Multinational pooling networks in addition to reviewing the suitability of contracts to include in the pools
•Review of pension arrangements for employees who localise from one country to another and preparation of pension projections where required
•Preparation of budgets and time sheets
•Assisting International Benefits Manager with ad hoc projects
•Benchmarking of benefits or best practice/systems arrangements periodically
•Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
•Annual insurance renewals – tracking, monitoring, referring issues
•International data collection
•Market benchmarking – research on trends
•Facilitating pension payments to pensioners of International Pension Plan
Candidates must ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have experience in an international and Benefit arrangements.
