My client is looking to recruit a Reward and Systems manager for a 12 month contract to be based at their office in Surrey.
Reporting directly to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering the newly developed Reward Strategy for the Group.
You will be providing advice and guidance on all aspects of reward and benefits and ensure the development and implementation of effective market competitive policies, processes and standards in support of business strategies.
Ensure the effective delivery of benefits, pay reviews and incentive schemes.
Ensure the production and analysis of KPI's
Implement the new HR and payroll system
Project Manage the implementation of the annual management pay review, bonus schemes and share incentive plans.
Co-ordinate the review and maintenance of the organisation and job evaluation hierachy (HAY) benchmark
Build the competence and capability of the HR team so that they can effectively promote, communicate and implement consistently the reward offering
