This established global organisation is looking to appoint a new Reward & Recognition Analyst to provide a source of expertise to manage key regional HR processes, primarily in compensation & benefits for the EMEA region.
As Reward & Recognition Analyst EMEA, you will take full responsibility for management of the headcount plan, monthly reporting and analysis and offer support in headcount related OD initiatives across the EMEA business. Supporting the R&R Manager and VP HR in the preparation and maintenance of relevant data, you will also manage the global bonus scheme whilst positioning yourself as PS super user for the EMEA region.
To excel, you will have a proven background in HR/ compensation & benefits gained within a multinational organisation. Renowned for your strong customer focus, your 'can do' attitude and attention to detail, you will possess exceptional proficiency with IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Excel. You will build credible partnerships across the EMEA business and make real changes to the reward in this high profile and well respected organisation. A second European language would be advantageous.
