Job Description

HR Staff Search is currently recruiting for an additional Compensations and Rewards professional for our client, a major consumer product manufacturer based in the West Midlands. They are looking for someone who can offer strong technical skills across Compensations and Benefits and someone who can take full management responsibility for their Compensation and Benefits team, and the function that it performs. Specifically they are looking for someone well-versed in flexible benefits packages and pensions as well as employee incentive schemes. Experience negotiating the best deals available from benefits suppliers highly beneficial. The company is looking to develop a new strategy with regards to maximising the companys return on their considerable investment in staff compensation and benefits. This role is seen as key in the overall corporate strategy, and hence is rewarded as such.
