One of the world's leading distribution companies is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Advisor to join their busy HR team. You will provide effective administrative control for the companies UK and Ireland Pension Schemes and all other employee benefits. With 2000 people employed by the organisation you will be looking at new and innovative ways to compile and collate data and suggest ways to make the system and processes run more effectively.
You will also be involved in Calculating pension benefits in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules of the Schemes, process new entrants, retirement cases, transfers and death claims, maintain a pension scheme database and running reports on internal systems and dealing with all standard client/member queries.
To match the requirements of this post you will have previous experience of working on your initiative and administering occupational pensions, be numerate and articulate and be able to demonstrate sound IT skills including databases, MS Excel and Word. Ideally QPA OR PMI qualified or progress towards these qualifications.
