Working within this EMEA compensation and benefits team, you will assist with the design, development and administration of pay, incentive plans and benefit programmes. Duties will include:
Compensation surveys
Developing and implementing compensation plans
Bonus and incentive payments
Developing incentive plans
Job evaluation & pay grading
Data Analysis
Benchmarking and trend analysis
Candidates must have previous experience within a compensation/ reward function with strong data analysis and attention to detail , knowledge of successful compensation programs and job evaluation.
