Confident compensation manager required to take responsibility for an EMEA region within this organisation including compensation, benefits and relocations. Working closely alongside colleagues in HR, you will be deal with local compensation issues, providing advice and guidance in the delivery of initiatives and policies and monitor regional compensation & benefits competitiveness. Duties will include developing job levels and grades, benchmarking for merit and bonus planning and recruitment, identifying and developing tailored reward solutions, develop negotiations for executive packages and deal with relocation policies. Candidates must be able to demonstrate confident Compensation/ Reward skills within a diverse commercial environment, strong communication skills and a client focus, advanced excel proficiency and a strong analytical ability. Previous benefits experience is highly advantageous
