As the Compensation and Benefits Manager for this renowned organisation, you will be responsible at an operational and strategic level for the delivery of an effective and competitive Reward strategy. Duties will include undertaking salary & bonus reviews, benchmarking, identifying, administering, reviewing and renewing benefit schemes and streamlining procedures. Act as liaison for employees, HR and providers, complete salary surveys and act as the company representative for external reward forums. Manage share save and option schemes and pension scheme administration. To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience of Compensation and Benefits at a similar level, a confident and professional demeanour with strong communication and influencing skills.
