My client, a global market leader in it's field, is looking to recruit within its Compensation & Benefits team. Employing over 200,000 people worldwide and with a £50 million in revenue for the last fiscal year, this really is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities will include:

Strategic input into the annual reward plan.

Developing reward strategies in line with the overall corporate strategy.

Increasing reward competence and customer satisfaction whilst acting as a constructive challenger to HR strategy development and direction.
This role will suit performance focused professionals with a significant, proven track record of strong technical reward and analysis expertise, the ability to lead a team and maintain and build on high standards of service and delivery. Professional presentation / communication skills are vital as is a sound understanding through experience of working in, a multi disciplined environment subject to constant change and demand.
