Our FTSE 100 client seeks an experience Reward & Recognition manager for this fixed term, 11 month contract, that could lead to a permanent role. In an increasingly diverse multi-site business you will lead and develop a quality, customer focused team who ensure that our clients approach to reward fits with its strategic and operating plans, whilst maintaining a competitive advantage in an ever increasing aggressive market place.
With your extensive previous knowledge of reward you will be responsible for developing and driving our clients reward strategy, its principles and policies, as well as managing the annual pay review process. Key to the role will be your understanding of the wider market place and your ability to provide advice and communication to the business.
