International Assignments / Global Mobility / Expat Consultant c£20-25,000.00 Permanent Scotland / Aberdeen The Background: Reporting directly to the International Assignments Manager this global organisation requires an addition to their IA team. The role of IA Consultant will be responsible for the provision of a professional assignment co-ordination service for its global expatriates. Primarily focussing on the end-to-end assignment management of assignees, the IA Consultant will coordinate third party suppliers and maintain service delivery to the highest standard. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: End-to-end assignment management from the initial assignee briefing to the final debrief, primarily dealing with short-term assignments, including troubleshooting arising issues To provide an all round co-ordination function between third party suppliers and assignees, managing accommodation / education searches, visas, work permits, transfer entitlements and financial arrangements Provide a point of contact for assignees throughout the assignment process Provide advice on expatriate policy and the associated issues. The Person: The successful candidate will have previous experience in providing an operational assignment service. Applicants must have a good understanding of the assignment process and the inherent associated issues. The ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines is essential, along with excellent customer service and organisational skills.
