SENIOR HR MANAGER, Circa 56K, MIDLANDS Our client are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager to join its national workforce following a major restructure. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a developing and progressive organisation within the public sector. As Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for HR Business Partners, HR Transactional Co-ordinators, recruitment and workforce planning advisor and HR Officer. You will be working directly with the senior management team, designing and delivering cutting-edge employment practice and workforce strategies, developing pragmatic HR solutions which are aligned with the corporate objectives. This role is both strategic and operational; operationally you will look at employee relations, policy development, recruitment, diversity, reward and workforce planning.
