We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with extensive experience of change management and restructures to join our clients HR team.
Key responsibilities will include advising line managers on operational HR issues such as performance, absence management, employee relations, change management and coaching. You will assist with various international initiatives including employee satisfaction surveys, incentive planning, development reviews and succession planning. You will also work closely on talent management and organisational change projects. An element of administration is involved in this role along with the development of policies and procedures.
This is a really interesting opportunity for an HR Manager who wants to work for an international organization. Degree education or CIPD qualification preferred with well developed communication skills and the ability to deal comfortably and confidently with a diverse range of client groups.
You will be based in Dunstable however travel to their other sites in the UK (Sheffield and Leeds) is also necessary so a full drivers license and access to a car is required.
