This is a crucial role, as you will play a key part of the integration of the company’s benefits structure. The Role:
The responsibilities of a International Bens Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
-International integration of benefits projects
-Communicate benefits programmes to different business units
-Pensions administration
-Market research and analysis of both compensation and benefits surveys
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the area of compensation and benefits or reward or remuneration. Previous experience of working within an international organisation would be highly beneficial, as you will be providing benefits advice to many different business units. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-renowned company in a highly analytical role.
