My client, a leading international company is looking to recruit a clinical resourcing consultant for a period of 6 months on a fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity based in Berkshire for an experienced recruiter to conduct and take ownership of the first line screening interview process and develop productive candidate relationships. Based in a small team, you will work independently to ensure that the right key sales people are recruited for the business. In addition you will need to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets with attention to conversion ratios so previous experience of hitting targets and sales drive is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be comfortable liaising with people of all levels, and have had a proven track record in achieving targets. You will also be eligible for a quarterly bonus which is based on the number of placements made, so the opportunity to earn more than your basic salary is a realistic objective. Interviews for this position will take place during the next week so immediate availability is key.
