My client, a leading Retail company is looking to recruit an HR Consultant for a rolling 3 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist looking to expand your experience into employee relations, learning and development and compensation & benefits. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of HR for Retail, you will be involved in providing expert advice to employees and line managers on recruitment, employee relations issues and development . You will also be the interface between Learning & Development and Reward and Recognition teams to ensure that HR works as an integrated function to meet the business needs. In addition you will be involved in assisting in the implementation of organisational change through the advice on and application of appropriate change management practices . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, be comfortable liaising with people of all levels and be CIPD qualified or equivalent. The start date for this position is as soon as possible so immediate availability is key.
