My client a leading international company is looking for an HR Consultant to join the team on a 6-9 month fixed term contract basis to manage a period of change within the business. Your duties will include being involved in TUPE transfers, integration of new sites, site re-structures and closures, union negotiations, business take-overs and project management. This is an extremely proactive project focussed role and involves extensive travel throughout the UK and therefore a company car will be provided for you. In addition, you will need to work autonomously with the support of a nationwide HR team. The ideal candidate will posses excellent organisational skills be comfortable liaising with people of all levels and have had previous experience in dealing with change preferably for a multinational, multi-site business. You will also be CIPD qualified or equivalent and available to start immediately.
