This well established Professional Services business have an immediate requirement for an HR Consultant to join their Reading operation. As a market leader in their respective field, this business strives for excellence in everything they do, and resultantly need an experienced HR Generalist to deliver effective generalist HR Services back to the group. Working with the Group HR Director and Regional HR Manager you will hold responsibility for best practice HR Services offering for this business unit. In a stand alone role, you will provide both advisory services and hands on assistance around Employee Relations matters including Disciplinary and Grievance's; Recruitment; HR operations; along with Change & project Management. As this business unit will be soon integrated into it's parent company, there will also be an involvement in TUPE activity. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a pro-active and fast paced business and help establish the Generalist HR offering within this business unit.
