The Background
A global leader in specialist services is currently seeking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor. Due to an exciting period of organisation development and the recognition and need for advanced recruitment processes, this organisation have recently implemented an e-recruitment platform. An experienced recruitment professional is required to effectively manage the recruitment process through the new system.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this position will sit within the HR/Resourcing team and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to provide a first class, full recruitment life cycle service to the organisation. The position holder will ensure that both candidates and hiring managers receive a timely and professional service from the ‘go live’ period, right through to the placement. You will have responsibility for understanding the hiring managers requirements, managing candidates via the on-line application system, screening applications and sending them through to the decision maker. You will also arrange and facilitate assessment centres, ensuring the ultimate decision is communicated to the candidates in a timely and professional fashion.
You will help to develop brand awareness to ensure the most effective attraction measures are taken.
The Professional
The ideal candidate will have volume recruitment experience from an in-house or recruitment consultancy background ideally with some exposure to account and client relationship management. Experience of recruiting within the Defence sector would be highly desirable. You will be highly organised results driven recruitment professional with the credibility and gravitas to influence decision makers looking to develop their career within a fast paced service orientated business.
