Senior TUPE Project Manager - Interim
Bristol
£40,000 - £55,000 pro rata immediate start
This is an exciting interim HR opportunity based in Bristol. Our global, blue chip, highly recognized client is an expert in insurance and asset management and have an immediate requirement for an experienced HR professional to join their programme and bidding function in assisting them with TUPE transfers into and out of their business. As the TUPE Specialist you will be responsible for all operational aspects of TUPE transfers across the whole TUPE lifecycle, from consultation with the business through to redeployment and benefits alignment and HR integration.
You will have previously held TUPE focused roles, and managed large volume TUPE transfers. With a generalist HR background you will demonstrate the ability to work operationally and think strategically around change initiatives.
