My client, a leading multinational business based in Buckinghamshire are looking to recruit an HR Consultant for at least a 9 month period to cover maternity leave. It is a fantastic time to join this business as they are a business on the move and going through a positive period of change. The focus of the role is in providing a full range of HR support and providing timely, accurate and professional advice with practical assistance across all areas of the business. In addition you will be involved in facilitating and managing the people of aspects of change including TUPE transfers and restructuring. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent people skills and a strong understanding of employment law.
You will also need to have strong analytical and information handling abilities and ideally be CIPD qualified. This position is based in Buckinghamshire but will require you to travel occasionally to the West Midlands and the South from time to time, although this is not a field based role. Immediate availability is required on this role, and interviews are forecast to take place by the middle of next week.
