The Background
This leading international services organisation is actively seeking an addition to their specialist HR ‘Centre of Excellence’ function. As the HR MI Consultant, you will enjoy a combination of a strategic and operational role; this will predominantly focus on designing analytical and reporting frameworks and developing a high quality reporting function.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Management Information Manager, you will serve as the organisations focal point for the HR reporting and metrics. You will develop and maintain an efficient and effective HR reporting framework to aid immediate business decision-making. Within a technical standpoint, you will advise on HR data extraction analysis and reporting to help consult management on their reporting requests, you will also be required to extract HR data to evaluate results. Acting as the lead researcher, you will lead benchmark exercises to incorporate industry data comparisons as part of the metrics program rollout. Other data and ad hoc projects will help to comprise this varied and exciting role.
The Professional
The successful candidate will be analytically minded with strong technical and operational knowledge of HR Information Systems such as Oracle or PeopleSoft. Strong working knowledge of developing high quality business information through reports and management information is a must. You will have gained previous experience of providing a support service to a fast paced and demanding working environment.
