Business Process Analyst – 12 month fixed term contract
£30,000 - £35,000

The Role:
The role of Business Process Analyst will be to provide expertise to assist in the process mapping of existing and desired service delivery models and to contribute to the identification of service improvements through knowledge of both business and technology landscapes.
The post holder will be required to facilitate workshops with key stakeholders throughout the organisation; applying their knowledge and experience to understand the complex, independent and wide ranging business requirements which exist.
To achieve this successfully, the post holder will be required to interact with senior managers and key stakeholders throughout the organisation engaging with them positively and challenging when necessary current ways of working to adapt and gain agreement on proposed solutions which they will in turn quality assure and test.
The Individual:
Educated to degree Level and with significant experience in business process analysis, defining and implementing new business models including ICT requirements to support new business models.
The successful candidate will need to be able to evidence strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Ideally you will be Prince 2 Qualified and hold an ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis.
Business process analysis, ideally with exposure to both public and private sector organisations is essential.
