We are supporting the recruitment for a Senior HR Business Partner with a proven track record in generalist HR gained in a fast paced client facing organisation. Reporting to and deputising for the Head of HR, this is a new role, which affords a unique opportunity to define and implement an outstanding resourcing and retention strategy aligned to our clients business model for worldwide expansion. As with the industry they operate in, creative solutions tempered with commercial judgment are vital. As a leading edge HR professional you will establish the company as an aspirational employer within the sector – attracting and retaining the most talented and high performing individuals. A natural communicator, you will enjoy developing strategy and interfacing at a senior level.
