A HR Policy Consultant is needed to help rewrite HR policies for 2 recently merged organisations. Harmonisation of policies, union negotiation, review of procedures and report writing are needed for this role.
Working as an expert in this area you will be expected to review all policies and procedures to ensure that they are simplified, harmonised, legally compliant as well as accepted by the union and other internal key stakeholders. You will be expected to deliver these user friendly policies by the end of July.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent employment law knowledge, experienced in writing HR policies in a complex environment and excellent written skills. Your ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders is important. Ideally you will have civil service experience or a good understanding of the frameworks that apply to the civil service. You must be available immediately and ideally be security cleared.
