Exciting training and development opportunity. This would suit someone who is motivated to get exposure to leading development practices in a dynamic and progressive professional services environment.
The role is responsible for:
• Acting as the focal point for training queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees
• The delivery of corporate training courses as part of the annual corporate training programme
• The application of specialist skills and knowledge to deliver training and development solutions
• Be the recognised expert for one specific area of training delivery eg management development, e-learning, coaching
• Providing advice on policy and other learning and development matters
You will ideally be CIPD qualified with experience in a professional services organisation. Knowledge of the L&D cycle and the coaching and development of staff essential.
