Job Description

OD Consultant now required by this not-for-profit organisation in central London. The post holder will drive employee engagement and deliver cultural change. The key purpose of the role is to implement the organisation’s HR strategy, to work on a number of HR projects including IiP, development of a competency framework and delivery of a staff survey. Ultimately, the OD Consultant will also be responsible for creating, improving, communicating and implementing a comprehensive suite of HR policies and procedures. Applicants must be educated to degree level or equivalent with a Masters degree relating to HR or OD. Candidates should be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have excellent knowledge of employment law and current legislation.
