Employee Relations Manager / Consultant - London City - to £40k
World leading employee relations company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager / Consultant to work with their customers to help improve the customer's understanding of their own organisation. The role sits within their Public Sector business unit.
My client is a consultancy that provides employee research consulting to private and public sector organisations globally.
The findings of the extensive research is then analysed and presented to the customer. This helps the customer build and maintain a culture that encourages employee engagement and delivers a targeted improvement to people and performance.
You will take on the role of Research Manager / Consultant and will be tasked with helping to drive the growing and development of the public sector business unit.
You need to have previous experience of working in the public sector so that you understand business processes. Experience of the following HR disciplines is key: Employee relations, employee research, employer branding, HR/people management and organisational psychology.
This is a highly exciting role that offers a varied role working with a number of clients/projects, man management of a small team if you have experience and a client facing consulting role.
Would suit someone working in the public sector looking for a more consulting based role or someone who has worked in ER in the private sector in an internal role.
As part of your role, you will co-ordinate project teams and liaise with clients and account managers.
